Supplier of raw materials and Animal Feed products has a vacancy for a Technical Advisor. Your relevant qualification and experience within an animal nutrition and marketing field can secure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales support of all the animal feed products, provide technical advice to established clients, as well as seek new business opportunities within the entire South African region. Excellent communication skills and customer focused attitude required. Based in Western Cape region.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree/diploma in animal nutrition
• Min 3 years proven experience within animal feed sales environment
• Experience with Equestrian feed will be an advantage
• Ability to register with SACNASP will be an advantage
• Willing to travel within South Africa

Duties:

• Gain insight re customer requirements and market trends
• Support developing new business opportunities
• Support yearly area plans with budget
• Manage pricelists, take, create and follow-up orders
• Active credit control
• Organize technical, marketing and administrative sales support
• Focus on marketing animal Feed range for Equine Industry
• Maximise support to distributors and customers
• Work remotely throughout South Africa and attend marketing platforms over weekends (shows/exhibitions)
