Description:Miller – Estcourt. Must have Maize Milling trade test through Grain Milling Federation, Four to five years relevant experience. Control grist & product quality parameters, Compile and execute milling & packaging shift plan and control wheat intake & milling processes for shift, Control raw material & finished stock levels & rotation for shift, Control and optimise people, mill, machinery and equipment - also maintain the mill, machinery and equipment, Ensure safety, heath, hygiene and pest management and manage team.
