Description:Farming Operations Manager – Gouda. Must have a minimum ND Agricultural Management with at least 5 years experience in poultry hatcheries. Duties: Apply & monitor agricultural production systems. Interpret and apply agricultural technology. Control Quality parameters, Manage machinery & equipment. Optimise raw material stocks. Manage Breeder layer and rearing operations for productivity, profitability and efficiency, Utilise service provider network. Utilise SAP functionality, Maintain interdepartmental relations, Manage change processes.
