Description:Human Resources Manager for a financial services company in Johannesburg. Required: ND or degree in HR, business administration or related with at least 5 years general HR experience including employment, employee relations, compensation and salary administration, good knowledge of legal requirements. The person will be mentored by a highly experienced HR Consultant to grow into the role to be part of the senior management team of the company, to establish the HR department, develop HR policies and strategies. We are looking for a proactive, independent, systematic, creative and confident person, an out of the box thinker with a project driven approach for this demanding environment which is driven by principles of excellence.
