Human Resource Manager – Wadeville. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment - preference will be given to FMCG related fields/consumables, Working knowledge of SAP HR Platforms and advanced Excel - reporting in terms of tracking to plans and identifying productivity concerns, Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite - advanced Excel advantageous. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate qualification - preference will be given to Industrial Psychology/Human Resources majors. Registered Psychometrist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa will be advantageous. Duties will include: Plan HR requirements in liaison with Operations Manager, Execute recruitment strategy to ensure business as well as Employment Equity requirements and plans are achieved, Compile regional Employment Equity reports, Manage employment relations with collective labour to ensure harmony in the workplace, Manage regional training and development budget to ensure that the expenditure is aligned to the Workplace Skills Plans. Own a vehicle and valid driver's licence essential.
