Analyse sales forecasts & competitor activities and formulate and manage plans i.e. volumes, price and promotions, Negotiate and manage trading terms, price, shelf space & promotions. Control working capital items i.e. debtor days, product returns, Manage promotional grids & logistics, promotional assets and equipment, Manage internal/ key account/ 3rd party/ agents performance.
