Manager Regional Sales I (Independents Inland) – Gauteng. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Degree/Diploma in marketing or sales or the equivalent FMCG experience, Must have extensive selling experience and ability to develop new business. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years in FMCG management. Duties will include: Develop sustainable, profitable sales within designated channels and region in such a way as to meet sales/marketing strategic brand plan and major agency/regional account objectives. Participate in the generation of the annual strategic agency channel plan

Develop annual business and channel plans for agency as well as regional plans to deliver the specific channel plans for the specific key accounts and independents. Secure accurate sale performance reviews for agents and specific channels within the specific regional agency network. The person must be able to travel extensively and must have an excellent knowledge of the independent sector.
