Description:Project & Commissioning Engineer based in Gauteng. Requirements: Must have a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar qualification, ideally be experienced in the application areas typically found in heavy industry, Power Stations and mining operations with keen interest in the field of Power Electronics and Synchronous machines, in the areas of PLC and DCS systems. Having experience in the Excitations Systems would be advantageous. The candidate must have a high level of computer literacy and be prepared to travel, stay on client’s sites and be on standby and attend to callout’s in support of our service department. She/He will be responsible for execute design and engineering functions on projects handled by Power Electronics and to provide technical support internally as well as to customers.
